Will you launch a 1-liter bottle?
For the next year, there are no plans for 1-liter bottles. However, canned carbonated mixers will be introduced soon.
What if the product doesn’t sell?
Returns are allowed only under these conditions:
- Defective/damaged goods reported within 48 hours at the distributor warehouse.
- Damageduring delivery with *photo/video evidence.
- Noreturns for poor placement or low market demand.
- Unsold stock must be relocated within 3 months to higher-selling stores.
- Cross-territory selling by distributors is not allowed and may result in termination.
How do retailers and distributors place orders?
Retailers inform their distributors. Distributors must place their order with Drinx at least 15 days before the stock runs out.
What about expired stock?
Expired products can be returned only if the above return conditions are fulfilled.
Do you provide coolers?
Yes. Distributors achieving ₹2 lakh/month in sales will receive Visi coolers (owned by Drinx). Only Drinx products are allowed until targets are met. Up to *three warnings* will be given for violations.

- If a Drinx cooler isn’t available, use another branded cooler.
- Keep products away from direct sunlight and store at room temperature.
- Group Drinx with health drinks, premium beverages like Monster, Red Bull, Evocus, and
alkaline waters.
What is the credit cycle?
Distributors:
- Pay 50%atorder, 50% on delivery.
- Post-dated cheque (PDC) required, dated
- 15 days* from dispatch
Retailers (buying direct):
- 15-day* credit cycle + PDC.
- Delay beyond 15 days may incur *12% penalty*.
