At DRINX, we’re all about making your day feel good from the first sip to the last drop!
We take pride in crafting products that are fresh, wholesome, and joyfully satisfying. If something doesn’t go right with your order, we’re here to fix it.

 

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

1.1. You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
– The product you received is damaged, leaked, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered.
– You initiate the refund or replacement request within 48 hours of receiving your order.

 

  1. Return Process

2.1. To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:
– Contact our support team at support@sipdrinx.com within 48 hours of delivery.
– Share your order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or videos as proof.

2.2. Once your request is reviewed, our team will guide you through the next steps for replacement or refund processing.

 

  1. Refund Process

3.1. After your claim is approved and verified, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3.2. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.

 

  1. Shipping Costs for Returns

4.1. If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, damage, or a delivery error on our part, DRINX will bear the shipping or pickup cost.
4.2. For any other reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

 

  1. Cancellations & Non-Refundable Orders

5.1. Once an order has been placed and processed, cancellations are not accepted.
5.2. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders — once delivered, products cannot be returned or refunded.
5.3. Refunds or replacements will only be processed for damaged or incorrect products if the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
