1.1. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
1.2. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
1.3. Once your order is confirmed and ready for dispatch, you’ll receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with your tracking details.

  1. Shipping Coverage

2.1. We currently deliver across India, except in regions restricted by logistics or state regulations.
2.2. If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you to arrange an alternate solution or issue a full refund for your order.

  1. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other cities and towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote or rural areas: up to 10 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary based on:

  • Courier service availability
  • Weather or transport disruptions
  • Local holidays or unforeseen delays (e.g., strikes, natural disasters)

DRINX cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners or external factors beyond our control — but we’ll always keep you informed!

  1. Shipping Charges

4.1. Free shipping may be available during special promotions or for orders above a specified value (as displayed on the website).
4.2. Standard delivery charges, if applicable, will appear at checkout before payment.
4.3. Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

  1. Order Tracking

5.1. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
5.2. You can track your order using that link or directly through the courier partner’s website.
5.3. If your tracking information hasn’t been updated for more than 3 business days, please reach out to us at 📧 support@sipdrinx.com for assistance.

  1. Delivery Attempts

6.1. The courier partner will attempt delivery up to two times.
6.2. If the package is undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal), it will be returned to us.
6.3. Re-delivery may incur additional shipping charges.

  1. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

7.1. We take extra care to pack your DRINX bottles securely.
If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect item, please email us at support@sipdrinx.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
7.2. Our team will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

  1. Address Accuracy

8.1. Please ensure that your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are correct when placing your order.
8.2. DRINX will not be responsible for delivery issues or delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete address details.

9.1. Currently, DRINX ships only within India.
